When he?s not making movies or flying his plane, John Travolta is apparently crashing weddings!
The details of the story are a little fuzzy, but this is the gist. John was in Vinnings, GA to either renew his pilot license or to donate a plane to a museum, and in the evening he went to a local pub where he met Ben and Katelyn Elliott, a bride and groom scheduled to tie the knot the following day.
It?s unclear if the couple eagerly invited them to their wedding or if John took it upon himself to stop by, but either way, John Travolta was at their wedding! He even posed in some of their wedding pictures like this one below.
And apparently this isn?t John?s first wedding crash either. John spoke with USA Today back in 2009 and revealed he crashed another wedding with actor Robin Williams back in the 70s.
John recalled they were drinking in a bar near his home in Santa Barbara, CA.
?We were having fun, starting to relax, when we saw there was a wedding next door,? said John. ?We figured we?d crash it.?
Initially, guests didn?t believe they were the real actors. They thought they were impersonators from Welcome Back, Kotter and Mork & Mindy.
But after John hit the dance floor and Robin began cracking jokes, the wedding party knew they were the real deal.
