Does anyone have suggestions? I'm pretty gym phobic, I don't like going to those, so something I can do at home would be ideal, thanks. |
Doing p90x, p90x2, and Insanity is impressive. Good job
I've strongly considered and am still considering purchasing Insanity sometime soon.
Maybe looking into DDP Yoga. _________________ Take me away. Forever you and me. Take me away. |

It's ... Insane. I am always completely wiped out when I finish a work out, but it's a good sort of wiped out, I like having to push myself to get through it. I would definitely recommend having either really, really good cross-trainers to do it in or very shock-absorbent floor mats, or your joints will be trashed after week one. _________________ "In order to be irreplaceable, one must first be different" - Coco Chanel |

Good advice girly_aspie. I've seen people at the gym throw on the Insanity DVD and most can't really keep up. Even the thin people who should be in shape. I may actually try it if I'm at the gym when they have it on.
They have the Georges St. Pierre Rush Fit DVDs at the gym, but I haven't seen anyone working out to them yet. _________________ Take me away. Forever you and me. Take me away. |
